Terms & Conditions for
Events & Workshops
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
In order to ensure quality time for you, places on my Events and Workshops are always limited. Your place can only be confirmed once I have received payment, upon which a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide upon booking.
In the event that you are unable to attend the booked Event or Workshop, and notify me at least 30 days before the date of the booking, I can offer you a full refund, or you can choose a gift voucher to use for a future booking within the following 6 months.
If you notify me with fewer than the 30 days, but at least 14 days remaining before the date of the booking, I can offer you a gift voucher to use for a future booking within the following 6 months.
If you notify me with fewer than the 14 days remaining before the date of the booking I am unable to offer you any kind of refund.
In the event of extreme weather, or other events out of my control, Events and Workshops will be postponed. In this case, I will offer you a full refund or the chance to rebook onto the rescheduled date.

Wild Koru, along with all businesses and all land owners associated with Wild Koru's Workshops and Events, accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from you taking part in the Event or Workshop.
By booking onto the Event or Workshop, you acknowledge that there are risks associated with any kind of activity and you take full responsibility for yourself, your participation and your own safety.
Wild Koru is based outside, in nature. This can mean that terrain is slippery, wet, muddy or uneven, resulting in the possibility of slipping, stumbling or falling. The weather can also change during the Event or Workshop. By booking onto the Event or Workshop, you accept the risks associated, you take responsibility for wearing the correct clothing and footwear and you take responsibility for your own safety.
